What is PCOS?

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a female imbalance hormones condition. In which the female body produces abnormal levels of male hormones called androgens in ovaries. Cyst or multiple cysts are formed in ovaries. However, you don’t need to have cysts while having this disorder, you can also have cysts without this disorder. PCOS may be triggered due to any root cause.

Stay Close to Nature

It is believed that staying close to nature helps you to relieve, and it can improve your mental as well as physical health. Make a connection with Moon and Sun. Go visits your nearby parks sometimes. Go for a walk. Build your relationships with people at your work or neighbors.

Yoga or Exercise

It is proved that yoga helps in recovering PCOS. Your body is already going through a lot, and in this situation punish your body while doing heavy or fast exercises will make your body even worse. Try to understand your body. You can do Yoga, Stretching, Swimming, Leslie walk, Brisk walk to make your hormones balance.

Focus more on having “Me Time”. It can help you to cope up with this disorder. If you want to make your condition better then it is necessary to add anti-stress tea to your daily life. And herbal tea is the best option you can have at home easily any time you want.

Things you should avoid in PCOS.

1-Sugar

Sugar can trigger Insulin resistance and most of the root cause of PCOS is insulin resistance. By eliminating sugar cause a decrease in Insulin resistance and ultimately reduces your androgens. So this way you can manage your PCOS at home easily. And low Glycaemic Index food helps you to maintain Insulin levels.

2-Stress

Stress makes your hormones go insane and when hormones of the body are imbalanced it can cause PCOS. And PCOS symptoms promote stress itself too. So what you can do to break this cycle? You can adopt a stress-free lifestyle by avoiding the soda or sugary drinks in your diet.

3-Gluten

Your food is your medicine especially for a person having PCOS. Continuing intake of gluten in diet causes chronic inflammation and inflammation is not good for PCOS.

There is no evidence that dairy makes your PCOS worse, but most people are lactose Intolerance. And it can cause bloating and inflammation and much more digestive problems in your body. And these symptoms cause changes in hormones. But you can have low-fat, fat-free, or dairy alternatives. Try adopting healthy alternatives.

5-Junk Food.

All processed food can cause the production of a high level of estrogen, which makes your PCOS even worse. Having junk food will cause to gain weight and ovaries will have to carry more weight than before. Your ovaries are already not ovulating and not in a good place, it makes the PCOS much worse.
So by doing this you can actually manage your PCOS at home without putting in much effort or money. There is no proper treatment for PCOS but you can manage it by adopting a healthy lifestyle.
