Include healthy carbs

Give a gap of 2-3 hours between dinner and sleep

Do not sleep right after having dinner. Give a gap of at least two to three hours in between so the food can get digested properly. If you will sleep right after dinner, fat will accumulate in your body instead of breaking down.

Have warm water in the morning

Sipping on warm water improves your digestion and improves metabolism. Make a habit of sipping on warm water first thing in the morning.
